The slip-on leather slippers I bought initially were the wrong size (my fault!) The company replaced them with the next size and no quibble. The slippers fit pefectly and are very comfortable. They protect my feet yet do not overheat my feet. As a diabetic I need to look after my feet and avoid damage. They are hardwearing yet soft and pliable.

I bought a pair of beige short zipped suede boots from Drapers( through a magazine offer) a good few years ago. They are nearly worn out, but I keep getting them out every winter, I would love to replace them, but can't find the same ones.

Have been a big fan for many years but last purchase left me feeling disappointed. Very poor finish to the lining and slippers soon lost their shape. Felt like I had bought a very poor imitation - advised company of my experience but no feedback at all.

Draper is a very customer minded company and no problem however small is not directly dealt with to customer satisfaction. We are very satisfied how draper met our wishes in good footwear to the point and all the goods very deliverd in a good order and fitted perfectly.

Almost all their reviews were positive and in addition to that, when I contacted Drapers, I got a good impression of the way they handle customers. Having owned the slippers for a while now, I can say that the decision to use Drapers was totally justified. No hesitation, whatsoever, in making a second purchase.
