Easy to use website, simple order process,swift dispatch, good communication from Boots. My only problem is that having ordered on 15th May I STILL don't actually have my goods. Having been dispatched on the 18th, and having received a helpful update along with tracking number, my sunglasses appear to be being held hostage at a UPS warehouse in Sheffield for no good reason and have been there several working days.
