"I received the wrong loft on my new Driver "

I received the wrong loft (12 degree loft I ordered 10.5 )on my new. I phoned customer service, I had to return the driver that was sent. I had to print out free postage label.
I still haven't received my new club

Speedy ordering service, and confirmation. Club is excellent. Delivery was poor, and delivery company were awful. Shouldn't have to follow up to find out where my parcel is, when DX deliveries says its been signed for received by HSBC, when it hadn't been signed for, wasn't at HSBC, bur rather lobbed over the fence.
