Placed order 7 days ago and haven’t received anything yet, not even an email saying it shipped. Order number 10442 with priority shipping.

Update: They let me know that they had made a mistake and got it shipped out today. Good customer service.
Shipping label created on the 13th but item never shipped. Contacted via the support email. Received a quick reply that packages hadn't went out yet and would ship on the 18th. It's now the 19th and still does not show that it has been shipped. Hard to review an item I have yet to receive.

How can a review be given? Hard to rate something you don't have or have had no given info about.........Update, received product. Haven't had a chance to use yet but product seems to be well made and comes in a handy dandy little plastic case. Well done will use and further my review.

Been using the N2 for a while now and can say with absolute certainty that it is the best meter I have ever used. I especially like the ability to change the sample rate as on the Hondas I work on the security light can cause issues with parasitic draw tests if the sample rate is at a weird interval to the light causing random spikes. Being a 2 channel makes it nice to monitor voltage and amperage while doing these tests. Support is also the best I have experienced in a long time. Fairly quick responses to messages and being able to talk to the guys that work with these all the time and not just a call center with a troubleshooting chart is awesome. This company is great.
