"Overpriced, Slow, Bad Customer Service"

Here is a story about a guy who wanted to buy a projector bulb from ProjectorLampExperts.com.

7/16/12 - I find the lamp I need and after recovering from the shockingly high price, I order it.

8/6/12 - Wondering where my lamp is, I call CS to find out that it is backordered. They tell me not to worry because it should be in next week and they will ship it to me. I ask if they can overnight it, and they say sure thing.

8/20/12 - Still no lamp. By now the slow lamp replacement is costing my company money. CS says not to worry, because it will be in next week.

9/3/12 - I was forced to purchase from a different company because I can't take losses anymore. I call to cancel the order.

9/13/12 - My lamp is delivered via UPS ground. Here are the issues:
2 months late
they didn't overnight it like they said
they didn't cancel the order like they said
Lastly - Adam (No Last Name) is an idiot

Adam is the guy I talk to when I call to ask for an RMA. He wastes my time looking up the order and this and that then to tell me that I can just get on the website and do it. Don't buy from this company
