I bought a NATO watch strap (SKU NATO24MMOL) that MWC sent promptly. This comment is not about the company, which I trust, but about the strap, which is rather too short for my very average 21cm wrist. Another 1 - 1.5cm of strap would make all the difference. As it is, the tine of the buckle is in the 5th of 13 holes and only 2 or 3mm of the strap is available to tuck under the keeper.

I bought a titanium watch from MWC about 6 years ago. I was very satisfied with it. About 6 months ago, I “lost” it and, with very attentive service, got a replacement, or as close of a replacement, that has functioned perfectly. Then, last week, my wife found the original buried in her garden. After rains, heat, mud, etc., the old watch has been and is working perfectly. Now, I have 2 very dependable watches. I applaud MWC’s service and advice. If you want a sturdy dependable watch, you’ll be dealing with sturdy, dependable people!!

I wanted a 500m model which on emailing customer services was out of stock back in Feb. I was sent a mail when the stock returned and had the watch swiftly delivered 48 hours later. Very pleased with the build and look of the watch. Only thing I'd change is adding the option for non date version but that’s just me being picky.

I bought an end of range MWC 24 Jewel 300m Automatic Military Divers Watch with Tritium GTLS in a sale so was delighted with the price and the watch. However, on closer investigation the watch had a couple of issues that needed to be fixed. When I contacted customer service they could not have been more helpful nor more responsive. Even though I asked if the issues could be fixed under warranty I was immediately offered a replacement but given it was end of line model the replacement was the newest model at no extra cost. Really excellent customer service at all levels.
Can't comment on watch itself yet as my wife has decided it will be my Christmas present!

I returned an MWC watch model W10, automatic self winding, which apparently got out of balance and began gaining 6 minutes a day. They accepted the return with no problems. I elected to exchange the W10 for a model with a date and 24 hour markings, sku LTD/2018/WD.

The new watch is working perfectly. After sitting on a nightstand all night the time is dead on. I'm very happy with the watch, and the customer service. The customer service rep was responsive and answered all of my questions.

Shipping from the UK to Italy took a long time, with delays at the post office, but this wasn't MWC's problem.

I bought a new Aviator model (MWC Ltd Edition Classic Model SD1: CLIX/SD1) it is a really nice XL watch and glows well at night too. I am really happy with this watch because for the price £229 I can't see anything out there that comes close. I owned a MKIII for 3 years and sold it on but it was still going strong so all round I rate MWC 100%
