We made contact with Alfonica to quote for a leased internet line with installation ASAP. I was given a quote promptly and advised it takes at least 3 months for a leased line to be installed and become live (industry standard). We are now less than 2 months from signing the contract and our leased line has been installed and now LIVE. A big thanks to Simon & Phil who made this happen so promptly and beating their own lead times.

Sammy explained the system fully before quoting and when we weren't sure about our broadband connection sorted an engineer out to come and update it, Installation of phones was easy as Sammy came into the office to help and make sure the lines had ported. We were looking to upgrade our telephone system involving a switchboard with 30+ extensions.
Excellent service from start to finish. Firstly they gave an easy to understand all encompassing quote and then talked us through the various options. All p[hones set up remotely so as they were plugged in they automatically worked. Any problems have been resolved extremely quickly and efficiently, together with any changes we have needed.
