"Beyond explanation"

Why a company who cancelled my order with no explanation would ask for a review is incomprehensible.

My order was lost over the Christmas period - a problem with the couriers. When A-Z Direct were informed they immediately sorted out a refund. Excellent service!

"Bought a band saw from this company"

Bought a band saw from this company, discovered on opening that it had either been damaged in transit, or was even despatched in this condition! Contacted the company to ask for a replacement part, was told that they would see what they could do, which was actually nothing at all! Then i noticed more significant damage to the baseplate of the item, but didn't waste my time complaining again!

"Nothing good to say as still haven't…"

Nothing good to say as still haven't received the item. Suggested delivery of 2-3 days hasn't happened - its been a week now since the order was placed! No correspondence either.
Not impressed I'm afraid!

"Poor Service"

We ordered a part and paid £12.50 for one day delivery before 12. 2 days later I received an email saying it had been dispatched and gave a tracking number. The tracking number didn’t find our part. I phoned A-Z who blamed the couriers. I consider it was A-Z’s fault and asked for our money back. We got that, but no apology.

"AVOID"

AVOID! Item was in stock on their website. I ordered and paid extra by PayPal for next day delivery. I waited in for delivery then received a refund from PayPal. No communication for A-Z Direct so I called and left a message because “all of our agents are busy” to ask what was going on. Still no communication several days later. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Only company online I could find with the part I wanted. Prompt delivery and reasonable prices

I found the CK part that I wanted for my hose system. CK accessories are excellent and difficult to find in our locality so I was very pleased to find these parts on online with A-Z at a reasonable price. Delivery was next morning and very well packaged.
