Cheaper price than elsewhere which I understand may be because they are not authorized suppliers of Karndean. I don't particularly care if they are or not. I don't think the product is fake, my fitter does mostly karndean and would have said I'm sure if he noticed anything different about the tiles

Contacted Karndean regarding a warranty claim on my purchase but was advised Internet Flooring Supplies aren’t within their network of retailers.

Messaged Internet Flooring Supplies about this and was advised to they would follow this up. When asked for an update was just told they are awaiting response, this over 2 months ago and now stopped replying.

Excellent prices. My flooring arrived within 4 days of ordering via DHL. Only issue was that I wasn't advised which day it would arrive - but fortunately I was in when the driver turned up.

I don’t normally write reviews but when I saw the one saying they were fake it worried me, and the fact that my email put there emails in my junk box and I didn’t notice I did get worried, but there was no need I contact them and they reassured me, my order of 65 m² of genuine Kardene flooring arrived a few days later and now my flooring is being laid

Ordered 10 boxes of Karndean on Thursday and delivery arrived by 9:30 on Monday morning. Excellent service and very reasonably priced. Richard was super accommodating and really helpful with working out how much flooring I needed. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use this company again!

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
Placed an order for Karndean flooring. Order processed then cancelled based on card fraud. My card worked everywhere else and I’ve never had an issue. Order processed for a second time then cancelled claiming no stock. Third time lucky, order processed and cancelled with an appalling note saying the order content does not match and telling me to stop ordering with them.
I was ordering in good faith, paying with good money for products they were selling and they refused to process the order and the manner in the response was offensive. Something very under hand here. I would avoid and I am contacting Karndean to raise a complaint about the service this organisation is offering on their behalf. If they are indeed a recognised supplier.

Was interested in purchasing Karndean flooring from IFS however was a little sceptical at why it was being sold much cheaper than elsewhere. I called Karndean directly to query whether IFS was one of their retailers and they confirmed that IFS are not on their retailer list and are selling FAKE KARDEAN PRODUCTS - AVOID

Ordered Karndean Looselay Cambridge and was considerably cheaper than anywhere else - at least £10 per square meter. I have to admit I was skeptical because the price was that good but reassured by reviews on here. Ordered on Friday and delivery came on Tuesday. Just finished laying it and couldn't be happier. I've no idea how there are bigger Internet companies out there charging so much more!
