Im so dissatisfied and disappointed. Naiwan kami ng first flight namin pbalik ng dubai wala man lang binigay saming option ang agency nyo. You can't contact any of them in case may aberya. Sana ngwan pa ng praan dhil oras lang pagitan nung naiwan kami. Pero wla. Wla kaming mcontact. May nacontact man, super late na. afternoon na tapos wala din ngwa. Wla man lang rebooking or anything. Ang sabi lang samin bumili kami ulit ng ticket. 🤦 Nakaka dismay lang wla man lang tulong or adjustments since kya nga po kami nag travel agency din e. Anyways. This will be our last time na mag avail sainyo since you just prove us lang na for. Emergency or. Flight problems or. Adjustments wla kayong binibigay na assistance for your costumers.. Never again 🤦😔
