"More challenging than I thought"

More challenging than I thought. I enjoyed doing the labs and the quizzes. I learned a lot about networking and configuring switches through the labs.

I was pleased with the education approach, it was interesting and easy to understand. I never felt overwhelmed with plenty support available. I enjoyed all that I've learned and I will go further with this. thanks for opening my eyes to a new opportunities and a new life.

"I had went to ITT Technical Institute…"

I had went to ITT Technical Institute for a "Network Systems Administration" degree years ago. With that degree I had a hard time even getting a Help Desk job. I can kind of see why now. In a short time I've been provided with tons more useful information at NGT and looking forward to getting an actual Network Engineer position.

"The Challenge to survive a complex field"

It has been a complex journey from the beginning. I had difficult times to analyze some venues and some chapters. I did my own research for every single new knowledge and to conquer a new field of education. I had my frustrating moments and victor moments to describe, but that did not deviate me to keep learning and scalating to a new level. Even though I had a little assistance in my training, I made a substancial improvement to feel the difference from past to present. Was not easy, I tell you. Now, my next challenge is...look for a new horizon and ask God to bless me for a new field of work.

I e done a few online courses before and NGT sets the bar exceptionally high. From their first rate platform to the incredible instructors and counselors, you will not feel alone whether you’re on day one or day 180. I’m full impressed with everything NGT has to offer and have no doubt I’ll succeed with their guidance and instruction.

The support team is very helpful, especially Brittany—she’s amazing! I just wish NGT would provide more detailed explanations for the incorrect answers or show the correct ones.

Jacob Hess is very knowledgable in Network Engineering and knows how to explain it in a way that people can grasp and learn. The program was a great experience and helped me to recap on everything I taught myself before taking and passing the CCNA exam.

So far I have been there a week and had nothing but a great experience. every time I have asked for help in a class I have gotten it right away from a mentor or another student. Not to mention the staff have been awesome David Valdez and Robin Stoehr have been awesome those are the main two I have interacted with. "Not just another number!"

I began my journey last October, I was hoping to have been completed or just about completed. This past summer was probably the worst I have ever had. I ended up with Dr. appt's a surgery at the end of July. Just to have another on 9.16.24.; I am still in the recovery phase and will be for a while. A big SHOUT out to NGT Academy! Through all this they have made me feel like a person and not a number. All thanks to Brittany Digiulio. Her reaching out to me is what has made a difference for me.
