"Don't fall for the discount, avoid this company"

I tried to order a BenQ projector from this company. The projector was out of stock most places online. I reached out to this company to ask if in stock and ready to ship and they said it was ready to ship right away. I then reached out to BenQ to confirm that this company was an authorized dealer as their site claimed. I was reassured by BenQ that this site is indeed an authorized dealer.
I then went forward and placed my order on 10/8. On 10/10 I received an e-mail that it would ship on 10/15 due to lack of stock. First red flag. Then I received an e-mail on 10/15 that my order had shipped but there was no tracking information. I reached out about this and was told that they were not given a tracking number but it was going to arrive on 10/21. Of course, no delivery on 10/21. I e-mail again and am told that the delivery person lost the package but it was found and would be delivered 10/22. Still no tracking information. Ultimately the package never showed and they offered a refund. Refund of course doesn't come, so had to file a claim with the credit card.
