Ich habe über Mkpbr Ersatzteile aus Brasilien bestellt die in Europa nicht zu beschaffen waren. Der Kontakt über WhatsApp war stets freundlich und professionell, die Kommunikation erfolgte in Englisch. Die bestellten Teile sind wie vereinbart angekommen und es sind keine weiteren Kosten angefallen, bis jetzt auch keine nachträglichen Zollgebühren in Deutschland.
Die Bezahlung erfolgte nach Angebot über die Internetseite von Mkpbr was mich zu Beginn verunsicherte, doch dort erfolgte die Zahlung über Paypal an Mkpbr als Händler und war somit vom Käuferschutz von Paypal abgesichert.

Ich bin sehr glücklich über meine Ersatzteile und kann Shirley von Mkpbr nur weiterempfehlen.
