I laughed at first making a fool at my friends for not trusting this platform but when it comes to deposit the friendly manger was helpful in any sort of ways available, made some couple of good trades but after making much in the platform, i wanted some that when all the issue of not withdrawing comes in , i waited for weeks for reply for the same manager who was always active to reply when depositing but when i needed my money he was no where to be found i called but no reply.After some weeks of holding back securnatisallc▪fyi stepped on their toes and a case was upon them for a refund of initial deposit and at the end i got what i deserve at the end my deposit. Don't let them use you as a scapegoat , and leave this company for your good.

If your reading this you must be skeptical.. same.
This company is a scam. First of all they changed the company name and all the web links and didn't even inform me, when I finally got into contact they tried to tell me that they made me thousands of dollars and I had to pay a fee so they can deposit my funds into my account. They call me 50 times a day to try and help me? doesn't seem right, once the fee is paid they will be long gone.

I would give it no stars if I could. Originally when I signed up there were called buycrypto.com. Then after not having access to my account for 5 days, it was reset to Lovacrypto. I couldn't login. I messaged the 3rd account manager since I signed on Sam Romano, and after another 3 days, he finally got back to me to give me the new link to login. All the email address changed also. Since November of 2023 after numerous ghosting and bad experiences I have been requesting a withdrawal. Not one person has acknowledged nor did I get any confirmation that I requested. Most platforms allow you to deposit and withdraw yourself. I had to use the account manager to do the logistics for my deposit and now he has ghosted me completely since my 50th request for withdrawal. The support email never gets you a response and when I called the phone number on the website 1-718-488-5710 it was Dept of Motor Vehicles in New York. This company is 100% scammers and fraudsters. I am in the process of filing a complaint in the UK. If you are wise you need to heed my warning. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!!!!

"LOVACRYPTO IS A SCAM"

I was trading with LOVACRYPTO for a number of months, Jay Hansen pushed and prodded for more funds everyday for months, I trusted Jay Hanson & LOVACRYPTO, I always refused to allow access to my computer via any platform, I had to withdraw some of my funds to assist my sister with medical bills and thats when it all went went to a very frustrating and difficult time for me. at the time of requesting funds i HAD IN EXCESS OF 10,000 USDT in my portfolio, Jay pushed saying I would lose my equity, Jay indicated if I would let him assist me by consolidating all my loans through HARMONEY who were fantastic, recommend them to anyone, I was approved for a loan and deposited the balance of funds to Jay Hanson & LOVACRYPTO, That was not enough for Jay so he went for my superannuation, Investigated the options & unfortunately couldn't transfer funds, So Jay once again said give me access via ZOHO, so I DID, from that point in time what a nightmare, I am writing what I should write not what I actually want to write about these scammers, Jay Hansen cleaned out my accounts to the cent, I even asked him what are you doing? His response was its for the blockchain fee, I said Jay Blockchain does not ask for funds, his response its all good. in the end I closed all my trades and tried withdrew all my funds, 13,180 BTC $20,000 AUD plus the 5,000 he cleaned out of my accounts, I am a person who works hard and to have this done to me is destroying on all dynamics of my life. LOVACRYPTO and Jay Hanson & all involved with LOVACRYPTO those of us scammed will catch up with you all and ensure we get our money and the profits made also. I have not received my money and Jay & LOVACRYPTO have sent me information indicating the transfer has been made to EXODUS, no funds in EXODUS, I have sent all the information to a certified blockchain specialist who will be tracing all the blockchain transactions, Advice: dont ever let or allow access to your computers or any devices once you do you have no recall at all with any financial institution or Crypto Wallet. Finally LOACRYPTO have cut me off, no watts app, no internet access, nothing.
