"Being Completely Honest "

To be completely honest, I was skeptical at first. Hiking at higher altitudes often leaves me short of breath. However, after using 2-3 pumps of this oxygen product, I felt an immediate difference. I was energized and ready to continue. I highly recommend this product!

"Received nothing and customer service is avoiding me."

Bought few cans on April 3rd, didn't receive anything and couldn't reach them after multiple attempts. Left a review here so they contacted me telling me their "shipping partner" had "lost" the package so they're sending a new one. This was also a month ago and I still haven't received anything and can't get in touch with them.
This is an unreliable and mismanaged company. Feels like an exit scam.

PS. They replied to my original review saying that it's not their fault because I ordered from "shop.boostoxygen.com" and it's a different site, even though it literally is the same domain so even though the company responding to these reviews is technically a different company than the distributor for "shop.boostoxygen.com" this review is right at home here since I did order from boostoxygen.com subdomain.

"I purchased 2 10 liter canisters"

I purchased 2 10 liter canisters, the second canister lasted about 5 minutes and empty. I've been told that there is no warranty and they wont replace the defective canister. Buyer beware, I paid for two and only received 1 working canister and I have to eat the cost. Initially gave 1 star.

Update: I received an email from Boost Oxygen offering to replace the defective canister. I misspoke about Boost return policy. The first canister worked great so I was a little upset, should of waited to hear back from Boost. I'll continue to buy the oxygen canisters from Boost. Great support.

Update: I was told I would receive the replacement in a few days, it's been 2 weeks. Back to 1 star, this company has problems especially quality. I truly feel when I receive the canister it will be defective. There not reliable.

Update: received 2 canister and guess what, there defective. This business only wants your money and have a crap product they can't control. Done with this company, it's disgraceful.

They told me to reach out to them. Ok, give me a full refund for my purchases. Or send me the largest box of Boost Oxygen and I'll video opening a new canister (with a clock in view) and I'm sure I'll film many defective canisters, then you'll have your proof.

Update Again all they reply with is it's 100 percent guaranteed and do not address my issue. Now they've threatened to remove my post. This place is garbage, don't shop here or this will be you on this end. I'm filing a complaint at the BBB.

The customer service here is phenomenal!! There was a glitch when I ordered and I accidentally ordered twice. By the time I was calling, they had already caught my error and were refunding me the duplicate!! Was amazed!! Decided to buy from Boost official online store, and voila, it worked, you can actually feel that oxygen is coming out. I got scammed by Walmart. Thanks BOOST!
