"A tense situation, a little less stressful ......"

Arrived at Geneva Airport to a delay of one hour through passport control and one hour in baggage collection. Needless to say the driver was committed elsewhere after a two hour delay. A chat with the driver and the dispatcher and the next scheduled customer and Loyal Transfers came up with a solution and saved the day. We picked up the next customer and shared a vehicle to both destinations, even if we arrived a couple of hours late, but no fault of Loyal Transfer, it all came together through the quick thinking of Loyal Transfers. Driver was most helpful during the whole event and kept in touch whilst we waited in Geneva Airport. Came together well and the pickup for home was smooth with the driver battling a heavy snow storm to get us back to Geneva on time. So appreciative of all the effort of Loyal Transfer, especially our driver, made a very tense situation a little less stressful.

We recieved a great service from all the drivers. Even in difficult conditions with heavy traffic/ snow and delayed pick ups/ drop the drivers kept us informed of where they were at all times which was really helpful. We will definatley use Loyal Transfers the next time we travel to the alps.
