They carry best quality waxes, it's great for home candle makers and small business owners. The delivery is really quick, which makes it more flexible for me to order. I wish they had a pick up option as the store is close to my house which would be even more convenient as I can skip on the shipping fee. Village Craftworks was referred to me through Angi. He came to my house to give me an estimate to fix air leaks on all windows in my house. He said he was going to send me the estimate through text. I waited four days then I texted him then called and no response. This makes me wonder where the 4.9 stars he got even came from. He made me lose half a day of work for nothing. He is not a handyman and he doesn’t care about people’s time.

"I've been with supplier for a year"

I've been with this supplier for a year. It started off great. Throughout the year I received 3 bottles of fragrance which were very wonky and discolored. A 4th bottle of fragrance with a fingernail in it. I did not contact the company as I know accidents happen. I then went on to order 500 clamshells. Over 20 of them had holes in them. I contacted them, informed them of this and the fragrance oil. I received absolutely no response. Which was surprising as normally they would answer fairly quickly. I decided to leave it be. I know they're a new company. But then today received another order. I ordered a new metal pot. It's damaged. Shipping packaging was not. I'll be switching suppliers. Quite sad to do so as they're the closest supplier to me wh8ch means faster shipping. but I don't feel like I'm left with any other choice. I can't continue to lose anymore money.
