They don’t notify you when the order is ready for pickup; then they scold you for not having your order number, not knowing there is designated curbside parking (which is actually not at the curb but in the main parking lot), not knowing what parking space number you are in, and making them look up your order by last name. I feel I’ve really let them down as a customer.
