Incredible service. Ordered a bracelet charm and a neck chain to put it on to give as a gift. After I had ordered, I was just wondering to myself how I would fix it on when I received an email asking whether I was intending the purchase as a necklace, because if I was, they would recommend a longer chain that the one i had ordered, and would I like to have that, and charm affixed, all for no extra charge. Amazingly attentive service.
