My payments were processed with no hassle, and there was one minor issue where I had to contact them for support and they responded right away and made sure it was resolved to my satisfaction. BEWARE. I joined this app and paid the fee. 50 conversations in and I'm convinced I'm the only human profile on there!!! Checked Trust Pilot and it seems 98% of the profiles are fake, it's AIs learning the art of conversation.
It took me a little while to work it out but once you identify the canned responses and downright weird questions, it's pretty obvious. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund. Don't waste your time or money, it's just a honey trap!

NB. Push them for a full 100% refund, they will eventually cave. 😊
