With a variety of publishing options Woodbridge makes publication easy. While some of my books are for the general public, others are printouts or guides of my own personal belongings that are only for my family and me. This is not possible on any other publishing platform. Their customer service is good. My recommendation for them is quite high.

For a good friend's birthday, I ordered a print-on-demand book, and Woodbridge Publishers went above and beyond! When I had a question concerning the delivery, their customer service representatives were prompt and helpful, and the book arrived within the anticipated time frame. The attention to detail really stood out, and the print quality was superb. Working with a company that values its authors and readers is fantastic!

This company could be a scam please beware of any financial or publishing dealings with them… I published my book in May 2023 and am still having ongoing problems with Woodbridge Publishers, they have an office in Leed UK and New York USA.
Firstly, I paid this company £3750 of my own hard saved money. They also tried to scam me out of £3000 to have my book at the Miami Book Fair, £3000 for the Frankfurt BF, £3000 for the London BF and £3000 to go on CNN news with my book, luckily I never signed up for the book fairs or CNN.
So since May 2023, Firstly within the first 3 months after paying Woodbridge, the project manager that I was assigned did not know how to do her job, she ended up not being there anymore.
Then this company would not send me quarterly statements over the period of a year so I put a bad review here about that problem, they then rang me and asked me to take the review down and they’d send me a statement, they then sent me a statement and a small amount of royalties that they had been keeping from me.
The statement was extremely vague so I really don’t know if it was a true statement because they are not transparent company.
I went ahead and told them I wanted my own Amazon and Ingram account and I wanted full control of my website. They said that they would help me with that, However, Aiden, one of the digital guys said I did not need full control of my website and would not give me full control of my website. I did get my Amazon and Ingram accounts and then changed the passwords after my book was republished there.
However, after still not feeling I could trust Woodbridge, I got my daughter to order my book through my website and have it delivered to her address, low and behold she received the book via next day delivery, this was about 3 months ago and that one sale has not ever dropped into my Amazon or IngramSpark account… Woodbridge will not help me find where my sales are going… someone else is obviously collecting on my sales. I have even contacted their New York office and they have never rang me back, I guess they are as bad as the Leed office.
My book is my personal work that was created from one of my own childhood experiences, this company is despicable. Anyone with any helpful advice would be appreciated.

The platform works smoothly and is user-friendly. I'm currently in the process of getting my book approved for global distribution with Woodbridge Publishers.

One thing to note, and it’s not a criticism of Woodbridge, is that they need to follow industry standards for publishing. The platform is a great tool to help you get your manuscript ready for publication, but it’s still up to the author to ensure everything is formatted correctly. A flat PDF is a must, so you might need to use an online PDF flattener—plenty are available for free. Even then, their network of distribution partners can be strict about certain formatting requirements.

One feature I truly appreciate is the preview tool. It allows you to see exactly how your book will look when it's published, from the interior layout to the cover. My books are highly illustrated, and I have to say, Woodbridge produces high-quality prints of both illustrations and photos. It’s not always the cheapest option, but the quality is definitely worth it.

This feature alone makes Woodbridge Publishers competitive with larger companies, where you're often left in the dark until you get an acceptance or rejection letter.

I originally thought Woodbridge was more of a printing service, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offer so much more. My book is now available on Amazon, and the best part? Woodbridge didn’t charge me to publish it!

I've already published two books with them in the last six months and have no plans of stopping. Woodbridge Publishers is definitely worth considering for indie authors looking to get their work out into the world. While there are always areas for improvement, especially with some of the more technical aspects, I highly recommend them!
