We wasted 7 months of having an architect to design our house project, which is a 3 storey detached house, and the planning application was not approved. Alex and his team approached our brief with an infectious enthusiasm and an incredibly creative sense not only of what was possible but also what was truly best for our family.
We were astonished by the speed at which he was able to take our input and bring forward a design that was beyond what we thought was achievable given our limits of space, time and budget. He took control of the planning process and was always one step ahead which made the project management aspects of our build (a full house renovation including new accommodating in the attic) much less stressful than I’d thought it would be. Highly recommend.

"House Extension"

Our building project was plagued by difficulties with planning and building control.The original property had a small extension and an outside WC, which needed demolishing. The planners refused to allow the new extension to exceed the footprint of the old one. Alex and his team guided us through the complexities and bureaucracy to produce a fine a simple design within the constraints laid down by government, maximising the floor area and natural light and providing services and facilities in the optimum positions. We are delighted with the result.
