Didnt receive the item, they refunded me…

The product I ordered was apparently not available and should not have been advertised.
Instead I was sent a cheaper product with no indication that any “swap” had been made not any attempt to refund me the difference.
Customer services were very blasé in their responses as if this was just one of those things.
They did send a pre paid returns label hence 1 star not 0.
