"This company is disgusting a whole…"

This company is disgusting a whole family are very upset they have waited 2 years
And when paid full up
Was told they have forgotten to do the job they have BEEN paid for

Why are these allowed to continue as they do surly there is a body of people they can be reported to well I’m looking into this their SERVICE IS DISGRACEFUL THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION AT ALL FOR PEOPLE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HELPING ??????

"AVOID FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!"

Absolutely disgusting service!! This company does not care about people’s loved ones and should be SHUT DOWN!
I still await a headstone for a family member who passed in 2018 and from early last year 2020 when I was told all will be ready- I still await until this present day!
Nazia is so useless and never returns my calls. When I do get hold of her she’s full of excuses to why she hasn’t got back etc (rubbish)
I hope anyone thinking about using this company thinks again because the customer care is not the case and you’re left hanging
I still await the headstone, a call back and still out of pocket of thousands of pounds!

And yes!!!! I will put my name Miss Morgan!
If I could give no stars I would!

"Missing cremains bench"

I ordered a cremains bench back in 5/20 for my father, Barry Elisofon. I got a note that it was cut and ready to be polished / finished in late September. That was the last i heard from them. It's January, the owner is in jail, the store is closed. No bench.

Also, I spoke with Andy Crest yesterday. He is the realtor who is working on leasing the building to a new occupant. He said to email him my info and a picture of my Monument to pass along to the owner of the building / person over the warehouse where everything was moved to. His contact info is +1801-549-8989.

"I placed my order for my wife's…"

I placed my order for my wife's flatstone on 9/17/2020. I expected it around Nov 15th. Didn't come. Sent a email got a response on Nov 18. The CoVid statement about their business be caught up with suppliers problems, etc. Being sympathetic since the granite could have come from anywhere in the world I waited. Well it's January 1st tomorrow and they are out of time. Thank God I purchased with a credit card do I'll be able to get my money back.

"I'm so heartbroken I purchase a…"

I'm so heartbroken I purchase a headstone at the end of September and was promised it would be laid down for Thanksgiving. I know that COVID19 has slowed lots of things down but I have emailed called and Have Not got a respond to any of my messages I have left. Christmas is coming Thanksgiving has passed and I really wanted my little cousin to have this headstone before the New Year's. I have not received an email or phone call telling me why my headstone is taking longer than what Robert told me it would take. I had the most wonderful experience talking to Robert when making the headstone really thought I had found the best company ever. But I'm having the worst experience getting my heasstone delivered. The lack of communication is mind-blowing and stressful. I understand COVID19 is stressful but national monument should take the time to call paying customers to keep them informed when things change. Now when I call the voicemail is full and nobody answers the phone. Hoping to hear something about Damarlo Berry headstone

"Heartbroken"

My husband passed away August of 2019 I ordered a custom headstone with half down on December 19th with a promise to have it by Father's Day due to covid I understand that it was gonna be pushed out some. I have paid over 11,000 for this custom headstone and was told I should have Before his one year anniversary that did not happen then I was told I would have it by his birthday September 22nd Today is November 12 and still no headstone. I've made several phone calls/emails And now have been blocked from emails to Nicki. My headstone has been paid in full since June and I am not getting any kind of communication from nationwide but to be blocked and no calls being answered..Plus they want to charge me 2,000 to come place it....

Good morning I would like to say that I got in touch with Nationalwide Monument to do a headstone for my father and then my mom named was added because she just passed last year 2019. I finally paid The Headstone off in June and at this time COVID-19 has hit. I got a letter or email about business being slowed down due to COVID-19. That is understandable. But as of right now I've gotten in touch with them by phone and voicemail and through email and haven't gotten a response back so as of today that's why I'm only giving them three stars. In the beginning I talked with Robert and we hit it off greatly and that's why I was willing to go with them to do the headstone but right now without getting any response back from them I'm feeling very disappointed with them and waiting on further communication.

"I am very happy with the grave marker I…"

I am very happy with the grave marker I received from Nationwide. The stone is beautiful! I live in New Jersey and the company is in Utah. The price of the stone was a fraction of what I would have paid in my area. The shipping cost was included with the price of the stone. I appreciate that I was able to design the grave marker for my Son. Steve, helped me by suggesting that I select a clear bright picture...which I did. Nationwide, asked if I had a company to install the stone for me, they will help you find a installer. I used a company that worked with the cemetery where my Son is buried. The Co-vid virus caused some delays and there was a small issue with paperwork. But ultimately I am well pleased! A black granite grave marker with a photo, would have cost in the thousands...I priced them. With Nationwide, the price of the stone along with the cost for installation came to only $750.00. Thanks Steve.

"Very bad experience"

I have tried to work with this group, but it is futile. They messed up the artwork, said they fixed it but sent the same artwork. I approved the proof, but what came in from the foundry is not what I approved. They are unwilling to make this right: fix the product, refund my money, whatever. They just don't want to talk about it. Steve even told me that he doesn't want to have it remade because they would have to pay for it.

It has been a year since my mother died and 9 months since I started working with Nationwide. Go elsewhere!
