I actually purchase the jaxjox interactive system installed and now it doesn’t work the app no longer working . I basically owe the entire system in payments and can’t even use it . Been trying to call customer service no answer and response to my emails . It’s very unfair

"App unsupported so “e-weight” is just a dumb bell"
Purchased kettlebell and was great for a few months until app stopped working. Customer support useless, no help, stopped responding and so a year later the intelligent weight with useful data, stats etc id now just a dumb-bell. Beware products sold with apps to control as it seems companies farm out the e part and the support and so a product that needs the app is useless when it fails or lapses. Had similar experience (but honestly not half as bad but still annoying) with e lighting (Hue)

HARD PASS - Spent over 2 years trying to get response from support. NEVER heard back despite getting autoresponders saying ""we've received your review..."
One dumbbell stopped working within a couple months of light use. So now we've got some massively big and heavy paperweights.
Trash company, products were good if they lasted.

Zero feedback from customer-lack-of-service despite multiple e-mails to all available addresses. Keeping a site alive for one particular market and pretending to be available to the rest of the market is unfair and incredibly bad service.
