I found the company to be trustworthy and reliable in that the product arrived in a well protected carton and on time.
The product itself however was of a very poor quality with vague almost unreadable instructions. The supports fell off in a matter of minutes and I had to resort to Gorrilla tape to fix the screen to the doorframe.
