I had started level 5 diploma course in July but had completed my course in September . Today i got my certificate . I am so so happy and honored to receive this certificate . Throughout my journey i got a lot of support from my tutor Fellicia . She helped me out in every matter. There’s customer service is also very great.

my course tutor Felicia was excellent. She provided me with feedback promptly and helped me improve where needed. Additionally, she prioritised marking my assignments so I could meet my personal deadlines.
As for the actual course, I found the assignments to be a little long and at times repetitive; if you're not a reading/writing learner or struggle with reading large amounts of text, you may struggle, but perhaps ask if there is an alternative way to be assessed.

Really enjoyed doing my course with Brightpathway. Everything once really simple to use and the tutor support was really great. Will definitely consider doing more courses and would recommend to anyone thinking about it to use bright pathways
