Been speaking with Erin for a few weeks whilst sorting out a claim for pension consolidated losses, I found Erin to be very knowledgeable and put me at ease to explain in layman's terms the process and what was happening at each stage, I find all the information regarding pensions quite confusing but she explained it in a way that helped me understand and was very pleasant and understood my concerns and would answer my many questions without hesitation even answering after business hours which I didn't expect but sometimes due to work commitments that was the only time I could speak, she is a credit to the Company and is transparent and doesn't try to blind you with science like a lot have previously tried to do.
