The reviews all seem 5 or 1 star and this made me more nervous., As I read the reviews, and saw Franks responses, I wondered how this would work, but Frank answered all my questions When I tried to contact him, both before and after paying for the service, I got a quick response.

This is not a frree or cheap service, but between the fee paid to STA and the fee to the court the ticket is resolved and is not on my record and I didn't get any points. - That is what I expected and what I got.
