"Good price, no support."

Very good price for home battery system, delivery exact as promised and kind people. Do not expect support on you purchase though... They point you directly to the Chinese manufacturer, whom do not respond at all. So buy cheap, but you're at your own installing and get it to work.

UPDATE 2: Decided to bump the experience to 5 stars. EtronixCenter refunded me the shipping even though I told them this would not have any effect on my rating here on trustpilot. That is truly turning a 'bad' experience into something special. 5 Stars!

UPDATE: The customer service investigated the cause and set up a better way to package the product I bought (battery rack).

According to the customer service the shipping costs for UPS and DPD are the same. And UPS cannot ship
packages that large (brief check on my own could not confirm this).

The rack is mounted and luckily nothing was broken or missing.

That's why I updated this rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. (product working + did things to prevent future customers from damage).

Ordered a 19" battery rack.

The way the package arrived is terrible. I didn't get to see if anything is broken yet. It looks as if it already left EtronixCenter in a bad shape.

The price I payed for this horrible shipment was 127 Euro. It was supposed to be UPS (that's what I ordered and payed for). It got delivered via DPD parcel service.

2 Stars because they did deliver (as said - I'm not sure if the order is complete or even broken at this point of time).
