Ordering on website was easy & the product was delivered quickly & in good condition.

"The pump is louder than the water flow…"

The pump is louder than the water flow which defeats the purpose. I purchased hoping for a water flow sound which isn’t what I got- perhaps that’s the pump or perhaps that’s because the fountain is so small & ineffective at achieving its purpose. I did understand the dimensions when I purchased but hoped for a water trickle sound nonetheless.
The service response was harsh, poor customer service etiquette. They did deliver in a very timely manner & offer a replacement pump. But ultimately the product is not of quality and this is the suppliers fault for selling a substandard product offering. Rather than trying to blame the consumer for their choice in your email reaction, perhaps delete it from your range because you know the product performance better than the consumer when the consumer buys it online.

"Amazonia river fountain"

Absolutely magnificent. tranquil relaxing wonderful addition to my indoor garden sun room. think l may have to look at getting another one next year. no complaints at all.
