Steve was prompt, efficient, took time to assess our problem, explained it clearly, returned when promised giving good notice of arrival times and was mindful and helpful of concerns 're our dogs who would use the garden.
Re the past problem itself, it began to ease before the second visit and disappeared after follow up.

Although did not end up using his service as through pictures and numerous conversations he gave me his honest opinion that i did not have a bedbug problem.
