"I’m thinking of moving to another gym…"
I’m thinking of moving to another gym since they installed the new flashing lights in gym. It’s very off putting and way too dark for working out now. The flashing lights make me feel sick

"I liked how friendly the staff are and…"
I liked how friendly the staff are and getting a good workout, but what I disled was when I was in the changing room I tried to put in my pound coin for the locker to put my stuff in and it didn't work also I was going to do a workout on the rowing machine but wasn't working properly so I had to go on something else, and there was an issue going on with the music playing but I saw the staff are aware and going to solve that problem.

"Kirkcaldy Gym 64 is top notch"
Kirkcaldy Gym is always well looked after, staff are very friendly always greeting you when you arrive etc. It's a good size where even if it's busy there is still space to do what you want to do or alternatives. Overall extremely happy with my membership.

"Cold sauna"
Cold sauna, neglected facilities, just generally a poor feel. Signed up, regretted it instantly. Joined a different gym the next day

"Helpful and friendly staff."
Helpful and friendly staff.
Gym lighting and atmosphere nice to be in. Not to brightly lit like some venues.

"Machines Brocken "
The gym is quite small, lots of machines rusty, and a couple machines have been Brocken since I joined 2 months ago but this gym does allow under 16s which is good

"Hidden charges"
Joined online, went for induction. Decide it wasn't for me. They charged me first and last month up front. Almost £60. Which I was OK with losing. I cancelled the membership within 2 weeks and I've to pay another £30. So all in I joined online and cancelled within 2 weeks and it's costing me almost £90. The first and last month upfront thing makes you feel like you can safely cancel after sign up but it's not true. Aa others hace mentioned they demand another month's payment. It's in the small print and no one informs you about it so you don't realise. Just got told 'sign here'.
So beware that you will pay 2 months upfront upon joining and another month if you want to leave. Even if you cancel the very next day. I joined and cancelled in the month of August and I'm being made to pay to use the gym until November when I don't want to use the gym atall.
