I sought advice before my purchase and the person I chatted too was very helpful.
There was no pushy approach to buying that you get in major stores, and pricing is very competitive.

We wanted to replace our undercounter fridge & freezer. On visit to shop we got exactly the help and advice we needed with no pushy trying to get you to buy more than you need. The guys delivering & fitting were 1st class. They had a rotten job to get the old ones out & we then found out they had been wired directly into wall. No stress for these guys they just sorted it out for us with no issues. A great customer service I would definitely recommend them.

If you want great service and good prices look no further than Herne Bay Domestics. In needed a new fridge freezer when mine went wrong.
They couldn’t have been more helpful. They talked me through the options and after only 3 days delivered and fitted my new freezer.
Every member of staff was first class. I will buy from them again for sure.
