It is a very nice rug, colors seemed lighter than showed on internet, but it works very well. Only one thing we noticed that it doesn't seem to lay flat as it should. Hopefully with time on floor, it will flatten out more.

The company was great! Unfortunately, the package didn’t arrive when it was scheduled to. I contacted them and they were on it immediately. Ended up, UPS delivered it to a neighbor but even before that was discovered, the company offered to send out another one!
