Wonderful, knowledgeable people....they were able to answer my every question, no hidden surprises! Drop off was easy..as was pick up! All staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful! I not only recommend this company to others but if needed will be using it again in the future!

Very unhappy with Dumpster.com. I contacted them and received a confirmation that a roll of dumpster would be delivered Wednesday (today at time of writing), but that the earliest they could reschedule would be for Friday (two days late). Thankfully, I contacted them after 3:30 PM as the dumpster did not arrive. After checking, they confirmed the dumpster was "delayed" and would not be delivered until who knows when. I had a contractor at my house who started ripping my deck out, so a delay was not acceptable. They could not offer any explanation why this was delayed, why I was not contacted regarding the delay, but agreed to escalate to the "team lead". Fortunately, a local company helped me out and I promptly cancelled my order with dumpster.com. The local company was actually less expensive as well.
