I changed aspects of the script writing a few times and the staff were very helpful in making the changes and sent me mock up images of what it would look like. Rankins made me a bespoke ring and it exceeded my expectations. I have bought from rankins Jewellers for years now and the quality, price and helpfulness from all the staff there is incredible.
A few years ago I bought my son a bracelet from them and it didn’t arrive to them until the day of his actual birthday. They sent it in an Uber to me as they had promised it would be here for that date! I don’t think you can beat their customer service to be honest.
