"Very very disapointing Basic standard Setup (TV Stand)"

I was not home at the time of delivery, my wife received the goods. We were very very disappointed as the deliverer could not even do the basic standard set up as promised. When I came home that night the TV was not on a stand ,no, the TV was laying glass down on the table for me to assembly it. The deliverer was an older gentlemen who could not assemble it, as he said the TV stands are all different, he did not have the right tool ( screwdriver ) , also he could not see because he forgot his glasses. Unfortunately he had also a problem with BO. Overall a very disappointing start for us using gedd!t for the first time.!!!

Went in to pick up my reserved laptop, to be told it had been given to someone else. Was given another laptop, was not told anything about it, just told it was better. I'm unsure if it is. I really wanted the laptop I was promised.
