Kevin was extremely helpful (2+ hours) helping me load Office 2019 after my uninstall of Office365 trial was not complete. All is good and working as it should.

I had problems with the key when I tried it. Tech help had to remove all my conflicts with old office programs. While working on it, there was no possible way I could have fixed this myself, (I know enough to be dangerous). It took some time but in the end, GREAT SERVICE and a GREAT JOB. I could not ask for more. THANK YOU!!!
