I regret I came across Diana Cook. She done the logo but I can't look at it anymore. completely unprofessional, inappropriate, pushy with the additional services, asked for extra pay for something that was included in the package, was late with the logo, and ignored my messages. I don't recommend this company.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan Brooks and can't bekive how easy the while process was.
The designs I was presented with were professional abd quite simply awesome.
Jonathan made the while process simple for me and will definatley be using him again
A real credit to the company he works for and purely because if his committment and professionalism I shall be doing further business with him And happy to recommend his services.

Jonathan did a 24 hr turnaround project for me. He was fast and very communicative. I appreciated his work and professionalism. Highly recommend.

"Terrible service and ridiculous prices"

I was first approached by Amanda Page on FB messenger. She made herself seem like she was an independent graphic artist. After agreeing to work with her and paying for 3 logo designs, I get an email from Shanaya saying that I will be working with her. Shanaya is horrible as communicating unless I reached out to her first. I received 2 design options and had to request the third after a week and a half of waiting. After selecting the option that I wanted and paying the final installment, I was IMMEDIATELY called and hard pressured to buy one of their other services ($300 to design and print 100 business cards. OMG NO!) Since I opted to not pay ridiculous fees for their services, it took several days to actually receive the graphic files. I was supposed to receive a light and dark version. However, I only received the dark. When I asked about the light, I was told I would have it the next day. When I didn't receive it, I was told that they would send it to me when she 'received' it. It has been well over a week since then and I still have not received it. HORRIBLE service and communication. I highly do NOT recommend. Probably why they approach as independent people instead of letting you know what company they work for.

"Absolutely DISCUSTING"

Absolutely DISCUSTING! Jonathan Brooks had no idea what he was doing, didn't even come remotely close to the design I was after. He was extreamly pushy and usually started his converaations through messenger at 1am!! When I told him I no longer required his services he asked me 100 questions as to why. After I told him, he still tried to push me into getting the design! After I requested my money back, he refused to pay back my deposit. I pointed out to him, nothing stated on the invoice that it was a non refundable deposit. Will never use this company again.
