"Perfect Shower Door"
We had a shower opening that the builder had built to an irregular size as well as being out of plumb on one side by about 25mm. So we ordered a made to measure door from Click Bathrooms. I have to say that the ordering process was straightforward and various queries and emails were all answered promptly before ordering. Once ordered we received our door within the quoted lead time with great communication from the delivery company.
The door is now fitted and despite my concerns about it not fitting ( I measured it and you can't trim glass!! ) it is a perfect fit. Not only does it fit perfectly the quality of the fittings are first class too. We wanted a frameless door and this is absolutely perfect to achieve this effect and from a cost point of view was cheaper than some of the other framed options we looked at.
All in all a great experience and I have no hesitation in recommending Click Bathrooms.

"Bespoke Shower enclosure door fits beautifully"
In retiling my shower enclosure, I decided to replace the tatty old Bifold door, and only later realised the space available due to the angled ceiling was too short (1700mm), and too wide for any off the shelf doors I could find. I spent weeks considering the options and got 3-4 quotes from Click for various options- 2 piece, angled cut glass, etc before deciding on a single piece door the whole width, and consistent height.
Ordering a custom cut piece of glass is a little tense, as you really want the dimensions to be spot on, and I am happy to say my experience emailing back and forth with Simon was great- He explained to me exactly how the seals they fit would work, what clearance I would need, and all the other questions I asked, before placing my order- the opening in my shower is 3mm wider at the top than the bottom.
Simon assured me with the dimensions I had given that the door would fit, and I’m pleased to say that it does, beautifully.
From payment to delivery was exactly a month, and upon delivery it was all very well wrapped and protected, the man (I didn’t get his name!) helped me get it all the way up to the attic where it would be fitted.
Fitting the door was a bit of a challenge, although I hadn’t realised there were instructions attached to the invoice. Perhaps a printout of the fitting tips page would be helpful for some customers. Fortunately the cut-outs for the brackets offer enough adjustment room, that after my first attempt would catch on the floor, I was able to put the spacer blocks under it and retighten everything.
The handle, hinges and seals all seem to be of good quality and I’m very happy with the finished product, I fully expect it will last many years, and would be happy to recommend Click bathrooms to friends and family.

"Awful customer service"
Order for a bespoke screen was quoted 10-14 days. Finally arrived after a month, no apology or explanation. After it was fitted it was 8mm too small meaning the trims couldn’t be fitted to the door. The measurements submitted were correct, no answer to any calls you have to email which they don’t respond too. Then I get a load of sarcastic emails, abrupt phone calls and a suggestion that they could resend a panel at my cost ?!! No flexibility and very poor customer service from all I came into contact with. For a thousand pounds I’d expect better but after seeing other reviews it appears this is the norm. I’m sure they will reply to this denying my claims and passing the blame to me or my fitter…… make your own mind up by reading all the other reviews.

"They really do deliver!"
This review could have started very badly but has ended up being excellent! Some people have criticised them in their reviews; I believe that is very probably because of misundersandings, not poor service or bad workmanship. I believe they truly care about what they provide.
At first, the communications were not very good, but it was worth sorting that out. They have made every effort to deal with what turned out to be a very unorthodox bespoke order for two screens. They helped me resolve the difficulties encountered from my preferred design of the screens; they were careful to make sure that I understood what was possible and not possible; promptly resolved the issues that arose; and the screens were delivered safely, courteously and carefully. The fixings and fittings are of high quality, are versatile and do their job very well.
Getting the exact measurements of the opening is crucial to success. They prepare the working drawings for the glazing from these, allowing room for clearances, seals and fittings.
Both screens are now fitted and look and work extremely well, The seals at the joins of the hinged panels are efficiently splashproof, but not entirely resistant to direct spray. Basically the screens, in normal use, succeed in preventing virtually all spillage. Their performance and appearance is even better than I had hoped.
I am extremely pleased with the result and have no hesitation in recommending this product to anyone.

"There's something wrong with this company"
I emailed this lot on Tuesday late afternoon and received a reply telling me that they would send me a quote within 4 hours. I was sceptical due to the time of day and supposed that I would hear from them within 4 hours the next day. However, I got nothing so this is the email that I sent them at 17.15 this afternoon (Wednesday):
Hi,
This is a long 4 hours. If you can quote, please do so in the next hour. If I do not hear from you I'll assume you're not interested but it would have been more professional if you had said that you can't help me.

It makes me very angry that, at a time when small businesses are bending over backwards to get business and keep their staff employed, this one apparently couldn't care less about YOUR business.
Inevitably, it makes me wonder about those people who have written positive reviews and how they manage to do so well.
UPDATE:- I received the quote this morning at 09.20 after they sent an email yesterday evening to say their 'system was down'. I don't understand why a quote can't be sent via email if they can send an explanation by email about their system. Anyway, the quote is fairly competitive so, if you want a decent price but are happy for possibly poor communication, they seem like a likely prospect.

"I recently bought a bespoke shower door…"
I recently bought a bespoke shower door from click Bathrooms. Customer service during these Covid times can be poor but I found communicating with Click very easy, all emails were answered within 30 minutes during working hours. Getting through by phone was a little more difficult but if you email first there was always a quick answer.
My advice if you are doing the same and buying a bespoke shower online with click is as follows: There is no doubt that it is a nervous proposition because if your measurements are wrong then you only have yourself to blame. So it is very important to measure well, measure again, double check, have a brew, then check again.
Delivery was only 1 day late to their schedule of 18 days from order. That said, I was contacted 2 days prior and we negotiated the delivery day and time. Steve the delivery driver was helpful on the phone and upon arrival.
The door and panel are of excellent quality as are the fittings. Be aware, these doors are heavy so plan your build ahead and ensure you have battens to screw into. Fitting was fairly straight forward and those with good DIY skills should have no problem. Another tip is that the fitting instructions are attached to your original email invoice. Don't worry if they get lost in the inbox, click re sent mine within minutes of asking.
I would definitely use again.

"New shower enclosure looks the business!"
I ordered a made-to-measure shower enclosure from Clickbathrooms and, after about 15 days, it was delivered, within the promised timeframe. Two sturdy pieces of glass, delivered by their very helpful driver Steve, who phoned me a day or two before to arrange a delivery time and, on the day, called to tell me he had been delayed in traffic. The fittings (hinges,handles and seals), came via courier the next day. The enclosure was quite expensive but is what you might term 'high end', and now it is operational looks very smart indeed. I had no problems communicating with them for advice etc. - once I got used to their preference for email. On the day of fitting my plumber and self needed some advice: I sent an email and received a call from James within 15 minutes; good advice and solved our problems. A word of caution for purchasers of made-to-measure enclosures or doors: make sure you have the correct measurements and tell them of any problems with out-of-square apertures or walls out of plumb. As they say, If they know these things they can factor it in to your build. Another thing; these enclosures are heavy; get yourself a good fitter/plumber; I did and I am delighted with the look of my new shower.

"Disgusting customer services"
Disgusting customer service. Every time you call the contact number provided on their web site you will be told to email them and that they will get back to you in 30 minutes. That never happens!
I had placed an order for a shower screen that cost 1.2k in the beginning of November it is now now January. Not only has my item not been delivered but this company has complete disregard for customers care and communication. I have no tracking details no information no one will call me and I have no shower screen!
