I am utterly disappointed with the abysmal service and accommodations provided by Mak Realty, particularly at their property in Fountainbleu, Miami. My recent experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare.
Let me start by highlighting the complete lack of transparency and communication regarding room assignments. Despite booking several months in advance, Mak Realty only discloses the room number a mere two days before arrival, leaving no room for choice or negotiation. To add insult to injury, I was stuck with a handicap room, with no viable alternatives supposedly available.
Upon entering the room, it became abundantly clear why they were so secretive. The room was an absolute disaster - far from functional. The bathroom resembled a construction site, with malfunctioning fixtures, doors that refused to close, and a tub that couldn't drain properly. Moreover, the lack of closet space or racks made settling in impossible.
Desperate for a solution, I reached out to Mak Realty during my vacation, hoping for some semblance of customer service. Their initial offer to refund my money felt like a slap in the face, given my current predicament. Instead, they "graciously" provided another room at an exorbitant extra cost, insisting on immediate payment through Venmo, leaving me with no choice but to comply.
This ordeal not only ruined my vacation but also shattered any semblance of trust or respect I had for Mak Realty. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and manipulative tactics are utterly reprehensible. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Mak Realty - they are nothing but a disgrace to the hospitality industry.
Following my vacation, I attempted to address the issue with Mak from Mak Realty. However, instead of accountability, I was met with blame-shifting and excuses. Mak had the audacity to suggest that my secretary and I were aware of what we were getting into, despite their last-minute notification.

MAK Realty Group is the best! They came in and saved my birthday trip! Another Host canceled at the last minute and week before my trip 🫤. Airbnb messaged MAK and within 30mins I was in another hotel. MAK has a customer for life! MAK will be the only place I will contact when I travel!

We loved MAK. The room original room was not available and we were upgraded for free to a Suite. We loved that they had resources to help elevate our trip. We did not use those services but plan to on our next stay. Would highly recommend.

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER"
We reserved a room at Fontainebleau for a family vacation after my husbands busy season of work. We arrived at the hotel directly from the airport around 245 and told check in was at 4. We did not get a room until 640pm, after returning to multiple desks and making many calls. Despite calling MAK 10 times or so, nobody was able to help us, nor could they explain what happened. After we finally heard from the hotel that the room was ready, it was another 15 min for MAK to communicate that it was ready. After one of my stops at the desk i was told previous guest was granted a late check out. How could they not have told us there was a late check out and let us sit for hours for a room?! If anyone had apologized and given us a heads up that it would be so long, we would have used locker rooms to change or gone out to dinner. We have a 2.5 year old toddler and were stuck with all of our luggage in a corner of the lobby after traveling all day to get there. MAK was quick to throw Fontainebleau under the bus, claiming that they don’t care about customers like us. MAK was most concerned about denying responsibility, rather than caring about our experience. We got emails from them telling us to book via their concierge service- helicopter tours, childcare, whatever we wanted. Given they couldn’t navigate getting us into a room we had paid in full for, I wouldn’t trust them with any other tasks or responsibility. I would not recommend staying with them or at Fontainebleau and will return to previous hotel for this annual trip we take as a family. We missed the first afternoon/dinner reservation due to the room not being available until so late, but MAK was not willing to refund accordingly and instead bickered with me about what they were paying for only to find out later that the hotel paid for it! They don’t care about your experience!!

The room and resort is gorgeous! And it came with free valet parking the entire stay🔥!!!! The service at this resort is A1 . MAK is super responsive very professional and helpful with every question or concern.
I will definitely book with them for the future! And this is one of the best resorts in the area 5 ⭐️
