"Wig never came and said delivered"

Wig never came and said delivered. The company was reaching out making sure it would arrive. As soon as a problem occured they stopped answering messages. They don't care honestly and do not want to give you a refund. Beware of this company. I wouldn't recommend them based on customer service, these people could care less. I'm officially 😡

"Bad Curly wig quality."

I ordered a curly wig just last month that appeared to be great. However after the first co-wash it matted and tangled so horribly in the top closure portion. And the curl pattern in the closure did not return to its original shape to match the rest of the hair. I spent a lot of money on this wig and I can't even wear it it looks horrible after cowash. Tangles and matted. I emailed customer service on 6/20/23 today is 7/11/23 and still have no response.

Oh, I absolutely love my pretty wig it’s exactly what they say. It is throw it on and go I like the pre-cut pre-plucked and it looks just like my real hair like it’s coming right out of my scalp. This will be the only site that I’ll be using. Oh my pretty wig and save my life

The wig is very easy to apply I just wish they would let us choose cap size because the cap is to big other then that I really enjoy this wig shipping was very fast

Reasonably fast delivery to UK. Ordered on 3rd May received 15th May.
Precut lace wig 18 inches wavy middle parting. Lace is invisible against my skin. Soft adjustable elastic band helps to secure it on.
Hair is soft and feels very light. Almost feels artificial but it looks nice.
Curls nicely with hot tongs. Parting looks good and hairline looks very pleasing. My only criticism feels very light perhaps I should've ordered thicker density. But it does look very good even better than I expected. Based on this experience I am going to order a longer thicker wig. I was VERY sceptical but overall I am very pleased with this wig. Seen initially on Instagram I would definitely recommend!

I ordered my first wig from Ohmyprettyhair, waited patiently for delivery. My wig came in and upon opening it, I could tell that it was the wrong one. I am s heartbroken. I have emailed them to send me a return label but no response.

I was sceptical af due to some reviews and seeing only influencers do reviews on it! Im also from the UK so wasnt sure if it was going to arrive but it did.

I took about 3 weeks to arrive so bare that in mind when ordering but they did send a tracking number after about 1 week.

I was seeing this all over instagram and watched a few youtube video and just had to buy it. I order the 24 inch mongolian waterwave and it is beautiful.

Mind you i have only had it for one day so far so cant comment on shedding and if it lasts long but the hair is so soft and just like the pictures. The lace is good and does blend well once makeup is applied to it. A bit of finger brushing and spritz of water really make the waves come alive.

I may end up adding some wig combs to it as i have a large head and thick hair underneath so find it moves abit so would like to secure it a little more. But thats personal choice and you could easily get away with just the band.

The hair is so so pretty and i would recommend.

This is going to be my summer/ holiday wig so very excited.
