My experience with Eden while working towards my gym instructor qualification has been great. And zac Jones my tutor had helped me and made sure that I always knew was I was doing and made sure I had a good and deep understanding into the work I have completed. I would definitely recommend Eden for anyone wanting to do a range of qualifications as I too will be doing course next year

As a mature student I completed my Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading. My tutor was Zoe Harrop and I found she was excellent in organising me and my work load. I was extremely satisfied with the professional attitude of Eden Training solutions and would recommend them to any business who are undergoing staff training. I was most grateful to Zoe who put time in so I could gain my qualification.

I have completed a qualification for level 3 in childcare with Eden. They have been a great company to learn through. When I first started with them I had to stop my training due to my GCSE’S as I was required a ‘c’ in maths,English and ICT. I struggle with my maths and didn’t get a ‘c’. I then had to wait for a long time to restart which wasn’t great as I had got my ‘c’ and was just waiting to be reassigned. Once I had been reassigned I then had to resit my ICT exam which I did while doing my qualification as I said I didn’t want to wait again. My assessor was brilliant her name was Sonya. She supported me a lot with my ICT as I struggled with that as I hadn’t done that since I left school which was a while ago. Sonya made sure my assignments were going well and also gave me all she could to support my revision for my ICT exam. She would send work as soon as I was ready and give any advice she could. She also supported me in my way of learning so I was able to complete my assignments in the easiest way. All my assignments were completed in the comfort of my own home and of course there were deadlines I needed to meet but if I was struggling to get it done on time Sonya would push it slightly if it was possible. I think it is a great way to learn your qualification as they adapt the way of learning to your needs and you have an assigned assessor which you communicate all your needs or worries with. I also would highly recommend Sonya Kinsella as an assessor.

"Great Team, Organised and Friendly"

The team, are all very helpful both in the office and the assessors that come to the setting. The team are very organised they keep me up to date with what all of the students are doing. They are flexible with appointment working around the nurseries schedule.

My time and experience with my tutor Katie fisher was really good she is one of the best tutor that I have come across she has helped me when I've needed it and been helpful through the whole course and supported me without consistently. she is amazing and boosts your confidence and gets you out of your shell, she is an amazing tutor and person .If anyone is looking to go for an apprenticeship I would recommend Eden training if Katie is an amazing tutor am sure the rest will be as well but Katie fisher supported me through my whole journey.

So thank you for all your help and making me complete it all and giving me my confidence.

I’ve had a great experience with Eden and in particularly Kirsty Stocks, my tutor. Kirsty helped me every step of the way breaking each module down into manageable pieces, ensuring I was able to get as much information as possible from the course.
