I have purchased 14 tires from Treadwright Tires over the last 6 years and I have good results. However, this past fall I ran into a problem with a pair that would not balance and caused a substantial vibration. After replacing drive shaft U joints to make sure they weren't the problem, it became clear it was a pair of my new Treadwright tires. I tried to have them rebalanced again to no avail. Calling customer service, I explained my circumstances, and they fixed the problem by sending replacements promptly. I occurs to me I might not really find out how good a company really is until a problem arises. In this case, Treadwright Tires customer support and service was oustanding, A+++ in my eyes. I will continue use them and I recommend them highly. I think I see a set of Claw II's in my future!!

My tire order was filled promptly and through no fault of Treadwright the shipper managed to get me 3 of my 4 tires. I called and a new 4th tire was shipped out immediately. I wish fed ex had customer service nearly as good.

I wish all the tires were shipped together three tires came and and then one came the next day. They never contacted me that they were on back order so i was just waiting. I ordered non blemished tires and they actually do still have cuts on tread and blemished sidewalls. I still mounted them because i still needed tires and i trust that blemished or not they are still a safe purchase. For the Price I could not complain.. Other than that they are alittle noisy on my truck but a 35 mud terrain you have to expect it. On brand new moto wheels not cheap rims i could not balance them it took 9oz on each... BUT AGAIN FOR THE PRICE OF THE TIRES I CANNOT SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THE COMPANY . IF They last me for 2.5 to 3 years like a new tire does i will be purchasing another set.

Last set I purchased lasted longer with better grip and less side will roll than any tire in the same price range that I had previously had on this truck. Ordering was easy and shipment was prompt. Only draw back with the first set was the shipping cost. With the most recent set I was able to take advantage of their free shipping offer and made the tires cheaper than what I could find locally. If nothing changes I will be ordering more tires from them.
