"Bike is as described, but may not be what you are expecting."

Bike is as described. 3 stars because of the difficulty of actually purchasing the bike through the website (took several weeks and many emails and phone calls). Although the bike was expertly shipped, it arrived in pieces with no assembly instructions. The chain was particularly difficult to attach without chain tools. Electric bikes are also much heavier than conventional bikes and most may not be expecting this - more like a low powered motorcycle. As such, they don't work well on sidewalks or in pedestrian areas, they are largely confined to the road, which some buyers might not be expecting. However, the quality of the bike is excellent and people comment on it positively wherever we take it!
