"Scam company?"

I purchased more than 2 weeks ago but haven’t received any news yet. I don’t know it’s already dispatched or not. (Their website said shipping domestically in Australia can take 2 -7 days) I emailed and called this company but haven’t got any response and couldn’t connect to their number. I really wish I can canceled my order and get full refund.

I was very pleased to receive my Hyssop oil which seems to be a high grade. Also the informative card describing the oil and its uses was a nice surprise. As it was my first order, at Christmas time, I was also sent a complimentary oil and 2 small crystal stones. Very generous. I also like the label which is like Dottera's, so the oils do not erase it as you handle the bottle.

I was impressed to receive my package of Kunzea oil, which I purchased after a coworker recommended the oil to rid of fleas in the house. The package it came in is so pretty I almost didn't want to open the box. But I am glad I did as inside was a hand written note thanking me for my order and a freebie oil along with the Kunzea oil. There was also what I believe are quartz rocks in the package. It felt like someone had neatly packaged this for my Birthday!!! I am so impressed and will definitely be repurchasing more oils for myself and family and friends - I cannot recommend this company enough! Seriously best online purchase ever!!

"Honestly blown away"

Honestly blown away! Received my package to the Goldy within 2 days of ordering (amazing given the time of year). Beautifully packaged, gorgeous info cards, freebie lemon eucalyptus (my husbies fave) and some rose quartz thrown in for that extra spesh touch. Managed to source a couple of oils that a major national competitor couldn't provide. Oils smell beautiful. Have been using oils for 35 years and my eyesight isn't as sharp as it was so wrapt with the oversize label fonts. Carry on the excellent work Silke - I'll be back xx

"Beautiful Packaging & Product - Great Gift Idea"

I love it when I order online and the product is so beautifully packaged that when it arrives you get a buzz of excitement. The pink box declares that ‘Happiness has arrived’ and they weren’t wrong. The product was also fantastic. I can’t wait to get it home to try in the diffuser but from my initial ‘smell test’ the 100% Pure Honey Myrtle Oil is first up. Also love the added touch of providing beautiful info cards on each of the oils purchased with an overview of what they are good for.
Essentially.co seems to be new in the market but I will definitely reorder through them. Easy to order, quick delivery, beautiful product with the added bonus of being Australian owned and Made.
