I ordered a 8mm chain and they sent me a bracelet. When I tried emailing, texting or calling I didn’t get a response. I’ll never buy anything from here again! Now I have to try to find another way to return it and get my money back. I hope the BBB can help. I’m sure in not the only customer going through this.

I should've read the reviews before ordering. They didn't ship my order until I filed a complaint so they sent out a fake gold bracelet instead of the sterling silver clover bracelet that i ordered. BEWARE not a trustworthy company to order from.

Do not purchase here! I was hoping the positive reviews would outshine the bad reviews but sadly they have not. I ordered a pair of 14k Gold earrings online that I was hoping to gift for Christmas but instead received 925 silver earrings. On top of being sent the wrong item with no response from them—they do not come in an earring case, they come in a small plastic bag in which one of the earrings was not even in the bag just thrown into the USPS package without a care. Now I’ll have to buy an additional pair of earrings elsewhere which is pretty annoying but I purposely purchased something small first to test because had I been happy with this purchase I was planning to spend more with them as they have some great pieces on their website but unfortunately this “business” values a cheap one off purchase more than a returning customer who was willing to spend a pretty penny. Trust the bad reviews here and do not do business with these people, you will be sent the incorrect item—if any item at all. They are some broke bum scammers, and quite frankly I’d be embarrassed to run a business like this.
