"Very dishonest salesmen"

Very dishonest salesmen in Birmingham’s craft show, I bought a few items, he almost doubled the price (compare with online) and told me that the stamps will work with my gel nails polish all is not true, I wish I checked the reviews:( stay away from them

+ nice, modern design

- very very poor costumer service (6 mails sent 0 response)
- even the newest items are out of stock and are unavailable for months (if ever)
- delivery costs are quite high (i'm living in the EU)

I ordered from them 3 weeks ago for my a lot of products for my wife's birthday, though it would have been delivered by now especially with what they charge for delivery. Still no stamps or polish,so emailed them for an update and they haven't even responded to my emails to customer service

"Awful"

Awful customer service. They take weeks to reply to emails. They’re not very helpful and quite rude when they do. Placed an order almost three weeks ago and have heard nothing. They’re not replying to emails asking where my order is. The order previous to this one was a shambles too. They were out of stock of 80% of the value of my order. They sent the remainder anyway - making the postage more than the order. Will not be ordering from them again.

Bad customer service when you encounter a problem. Just tell you to buy another item to replace ones that have been sent out already faulty

"Poor Customer Service"

I purchased this product at a convention and have had nothing but problems with the product and even worse customer services. I have sent numerous emails and all I receive in return are tube videos. I have requested a refund and the Company does not back their product.

"Good products but expensive delivery"

I ordered some polishes, a stamping plate and stamp and I couldn't get the stamp to work at first despite following the instructions but I figured it out eventually. Overall the products are good but the delivery was quite slow, I was told originally my parcel would arrive on a Friday but then when it didn't come I was told it would be arriving on Monday instead. I was a bit dissappointed that you have to pay £5.80 for shipping if your order includes nail polishes but the products were good quality.

I tried to contact the company as I couldn't get the product to work . I tried it out before I brought it from sales person at xl london. It was great. Got home with mine just didnt work .Just a waste of £35

"Great stamping plates&polishes/good service"

Great stamping plates and stamping polishes. They have a variety of plates in all styles and polishes in almost all shades and finishes. They publish great pictures and videos with great nail art ideas, tips and tricks.

I ordered many times and I had special requests as well, customer service was great, even with the smallest order they were really flexible.

Shipping and dispatch is a week or two from the UK to Denmark, now it became a bit more expensive, but still fine, now you can earn points and get discounts. There are periodical 20% even 50% off campaigns.

I did not have any returns.

"Order not received"

Made an order mid June and still had not received it after the expected delivery date. Got in contact with customer care and one individual assisted me. Very helpful and offered to resend the order free of charge. This order also did not reach me so I asked for a refund instead which was given with no fuss. Unfortunate to not receive either order but probably a problem with the distributor rather than MoYou. Couldn't fault customer care.
