I’ve been going to see Rob since mid 2020 following an injury. Since then, I have been a regular and his sessions have helped me incredibly. He takes the time to find the root causes of any issues/pains/injuries I have at the time and helps educate me so that I can understand how to ensure this doesn’t happen next time - providing additional advice, exercises and stretches to help between visits. Rob has a wealth of knowledge under his belt and no doubt increases his skill sets to help as many people as he can. He provides a fantastic service that exceeds 5 stars and I would recommend him to anyone.

Too many great things to say, always a top service from Rob! I have been visiting Rob for over a year and he always takes the time to find the root cause of issues/pains/injuries and educate me too so that I can understand, aswell as providing post treatment advice or exercises to help me in between visits. Rob has a world of knowledge and always aspiring to learn more and more! I frequently have issues with my lats/traps and I always leave feeling much better.

"I kept waking up every morning for 2…"

I kept waking up every morning for 2 weeks with a stiff back that then turned into hip pain.Rob soon worked out my problem areas and he worked on them with great results, the hip pain went the very next day and I felt a lot less stiff the next morning. I learnt a lot about my body and he gave tips that were a great help. Will definitely be go going back!

I have been seeing Rob for a few months now and it always amazes me how much he knows. When i first went to see him I was suffering with awful back and neck pain and was unable to stand up straight. And in one session he sorted the neck pain and had me standing up straight. The excersices he's given me have also helped other parts of me that I didn't even realise I had problems with. I have seen various NHS phisios over the years and they are no where near as passionate and knowledgeable as Rob is. I would 100% recommend nr to everyone.

The treatment I received was exceptional,Rob knows his stuff.He is really knowledgeable and once got me pain free without actually touching the painful area but working on other groups of muscles.I would definitely recommend 100%

Couldnt find enough good things to say about my experiences with Rob at nr, have regular treatments and having suffered with niggling back injuries over the last few years the sessions have helped me no end it's really helped me with my training and day to day activities, Rob is very knowledgeable and I always feel great after sessions, look forward to the next one 👍 recommend to anyone especially people who have visited numerous chiropractors etc over the years and getting nowhere you will not be disappointed with nr sports and injury clinic sessions.
